My Dissertation is Done!!!

Today, I finally submitted my dissertation film. I made a documentary, which includes live performances, about a band called Girl Friend...and so the film is aptly named 'Girl Friend.'

I started this project in the middle of October 2015 and I can't tell how stressful these past few months have been.

Firstly, I went to a gig for the band, (I was already a fan of them), and after they performed I met them and asked if they would be interested in being a part of my project, which they were.

A few days later I emailed their management and over the course of a few months I had arranged shooting dates and times, put together a crew, booked equipment and arranged locations. It was a lot of hard work and it was very new to me because I had never worked on something this big, with all the responsibility falling on me.

To tell you every single detail of the shoting process, I would basically have to copy the evaluation I had to submit....and I won't bore you with 2000 words of that! Instead, just watch the film and trailer below, and look at the photos from the shoot days and....enjoy! :)
